12 Week Coaching Program Step by Step

Understanding the step-by-step process of our mental and emotional wellness program is crucial for clients to feel confident and prepared. Here's what you can expect when you join ME Wellness Coaching:

1. Invest in Yourself: Purchase your personalized ME Wellness Coaching Package on our website, and remember, you're investing in your well-being and happiness.​

​

2. Schedule Your Session: Choose a day and time that fits your needs using our easy online booking system. If you don't see a suitable time, reach out to us—we might be able to accommodate you!

​

3. Get a Warm Welcome: We'll send you a welcome email with essential details about your coach, our policies, confidentiality, and assessment tools.

​

4. Select Your Session Style: You can choose to have coaching sessions by phone or video—it's all about your comfort and convenience.

​

5. Session 1: Connect and Share: In this first session, you'll experience a safe and supportive environment where you'll discuss your roles, expectations, and determine whether our program is the perfect fit for you.

6. Sessions 2-7: Personalized Coaching: We'll dive deep into your unique story and develop your own foundation made to anchor you throughout the program. Every two weeks, you'll meet with your coach and discuss specific examples of what your challenges are and focus on solutions tailored to you.

7. Set Intentions: After each session, you and your coach will create action items for the next two weeks to help you build healthy habits and a strong mindset.

8. Receive Supportive Follow-ups: To keep you on track, you'll receive follow-up emails with key takeaways, action steps, and valuable resources tailored to your needs.
